Action Alert:
Tell Media Platforms to Dump NRA Programming After Hoaxer Campaign

Shocking new discovery has emerged from the trial of InfoWars’ Alex Jones that shows NRA program coordinator Mark Richardson reached out to a known Sandy Hook conspiracy theorist and encouraged him to sow seeds of doubt about the facts surrounding the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Mark Richardson, the NRA’s Training Counselor program coordinator.

“Just like [Sandy Hook], there is so much more to this story,” Richardson told hoaxer Wolfgang Halbig in an email just one day after a gunman killed 17 students and faculty at the high school. “[The Parkland shooter] was not alone.” The same day Richardson contacted Halbig, Infowars published a story titled “Video: Second Shooter Reported In Florida Massacre.”

Halbig is an InfoWars contributor who has repeatedly harassed the families of Sandy Hook victims. Richardson has worked at the NRA since 2006 and is defending his communications with Halbig as “legitimate.”

In response to this grotesque revelation, GunsDown is circulating a petition to media outlets Apple, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Roku calling on them to stop broadcasting all NRA programming immediately.
